Development We define
Organisation Development as the alignment and integration of those
facets of an organisation essential to its fitness for purpose and
performance. Such facets include strategy, structure, services
and service delivery, people and skills, leadership, and management style
and culture. A change in any one of these has an impact, for
better or worse, on one or more of the others.
Therefore in our work, we take a ‘head and heart’ approach which
takes account not only of the ‘head’ issues (such as structure, policy,
strategy, roles and resources) but also of the essential ‘heart’
issues of vision, values, style, culture, people and
relationships. By combining
them effectively we offer solutions that not only address business
imperatives but also gain ownership, and are meaningful
